• "Services" refers to all Intrazero platforms (iTest, iStudent, iTutor, iAssets, MedWaste), the website, and any related services or APIs.
• "User" refers to any individual or organization that accesses or uses our Services.
• "Content" means any text, data, files, images, or other materials uploaded, submitted, or transmitted through our Services.

2. Account Registration

Certain features of our Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such Content.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

7. Payment Terms

For paid Services, fees are as specified in your subscription agreement or order form. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intrazero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intrazero, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
